The Power Pumper & Power Pumper Jr are here!
The Power Pumper & Power Pumper Jr is Revolutionizing Special Needs Rehabilitation for Children Everywhere. Our products satisfy American, Canadian, and European safety requirements, and orders have been filled across the globe.
What sets Power Pumpers apart from other special needs therapy tools? Complex arrays of data and a wide range of applications all come from a very simple concept: make therapy fun for children with mobility struggles.
Our design and engineering concept began by addressing the question of mobility for every child. How do they like to get around? What is the most fun kids have in motion?
Better than a Bicycle: The Power Pumper Works the Upper Body and Legs!
Able-bodied and mobility-challenged children alike will tell you they love being on wheels. The freedom and excitement of building up momentum, of going faster than possible on foot, of mastering their rolling maneuverability…even adults remember how much fun it was learning to get around on wheels.
Bicycles present certain challenges for many children with mobility challenges. Four wheels, however, create a rolling experience that is much safer. With this in mind, we set out to design a product that would engage a child’s body without making them feel the frustration often associated with physical therapy.
By blending a fun concept with a safe, practical design, the Power Pumper makes it easy and enjoyable for riders to improve their mobility without feeling the strain and drain of typical therapy. Parents are overjoyed to see consistent progress, and therapists are grateful for a tool that makes it much simpler to engage young patients with a healthy routine.

Make Treatment Fun!
The hardest thing about treating kids is making it fun. Coming to therapy can be painful, they do not always want to come. However, if you can make it fun, they will get a lot more out of it…especially if you can make them do the exercises you want them to do and they do not realize they are doing them; everyone has success!

Effective, Proven Results
Although virtually all the children enjoy it, those with low tone or decreased muscle strength benefit most from it. They are able to independently propel a vehicle for the first time! As they zoom around the track they are developing increased muscle strength, endurance, proprioceptive feedback, and shoulder girdle stability.

Sturdy, Durable Design
I like the Power Pumper because kids use both their arms and legs to set it in motion. This makes it a great tool for all four parts of a Dynamic PE program. I have incorporated this unique product into my fitness plan and use it to discuss the concentrated muscle groups, as well as the benefits it can offer cardiovascularly.
